Lunar New Year is right around the corner, and ACT is partnering with Sodexho for food, music, and decorations. Celebrate the Year of the Dog on Tues, January 31, 2006 in the building 60 and 63 cafes.

2006 ACT National Conference
We’re in the planning stages for the 2006 ACT National Conference:

• Tentative dates: September 15-16, 2006 or September 22-23, 2006
• We’d like your suggestions for
  • Xerox managers, local or corporate-wide, that you’d like to hear (panel and/or keynote speaker)
  • Other industry or government leaders you’d like to hear
  • Topics for leadership & career development workshops
  • Networking events (cocktail hour, site tours)
  • Entertainment
  • Anything else!
• If you’d like to help, it’s a good opportunity for networking, and you can commit as much or little time as you’d like.

Once again, Asians Coming Together (ACT) will be holding a Diwali celebration in the Bldg. 60 and 63 cafes. Guest chef, Kas Naidoo, will prepare an Indian meal (both veg and non-veg food items) to be served on November 1st during the normal lunch hours.

Please join us during this occasion, “the festival of lights”, a joyously celebrated day in India by all.
