He has thirty three years tenure with Xerox Corporation, and has worked with senior managers providing consultation and structured training enablers in the area of quality, change management and diversity. He has consulted with and made keynote presentations to NASA, organizations in China, Sweden, the UK, Canada and Japan. He has lectured at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, University of Buffalo, Harvard University and the Simon School, University of Rochester.
